Reading increases your worth-ultimately your net worth-but also your worth to others. The more you know, the more you are worth. The more you are worth the more you will earn in your home based business. Our passion and desire is to give as many people hope to change their lives by helping them change the way they think with a new outlook on life. As success philosopher Jim Rohn says, “If you knew better, you would do better.”

Your net worth will equal your self-worth with education. If you won’t change to unlearn to relearn, why would anything else change in your life? Building a home based business requires personal growth/development. Learning is a continual process for the rest of your life. Have you or any one you know prayed for a better relationship, get out of bad debt, go back to school to learn a new skill for a better raise, wishing for that job promotion, and starting a new business opportunity? But still seems to be in the same old rut, six words no one is willing to change.

I know I’ve been in that same situation when it comes to change. Change is never easy! I know what it’s like being in a bad relationship, not spending time with your family, having bad debt, working on a job you hate with people getting enough exercise jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, knifing someone in the back, dodging responsibilities, and pushing their luck, that’s a lot of exercise! Your only limitations are those which you set up in your own mind or permit others to set up for you. It’s that simple.

The major difference between successful and non-successful people is how they think in their network marketing home based business or any business. People that do not succeed fail, because they never learn how to think correctly. There are certain thought patterns that successful people have that unsuccessful do not have and vice versa. Dr. Samuel Johnson said, “advice is seldom welcome and those who need them most like it least”. Did you get that?

A person who’s not open too new ideas is a person who’s not willing to change working a home based business. The person who is willing to change has negative people to criticize them. You know what they say, birds of a feather do flock together and peck at birds whose feathers look different. Some of the best people who entered our lives, to teach us something new, were not our friends. Ben Johnson said “he that is taught only by his self has a fool for a master” wow!

I don’t think much about a person, who is not wiser today, than he or she was yesterday. Never compare past experiences and negative thoughts with a current opportunity that is presented in front of you. If you are the same person as you were back then, nothing has changed and you will get the same results. Remember to know yourself you have to change yourself. It’s easy to say I can’t change, but the truth is you can change. Almost any behavior if you really want too. And the first step is saying to yourself is I can change.

In our home based business we’re looking for serious people with great integrity who values someone thoughts, who has a desire for success ideas, emotionally handle quick changes, appreciate the strength in others in areas that they are weak, understand there place of value, place what is best for the team before themselves, bring out the best thinking in people around them, taking ownership and responsibility on their decision, and leave our website with a we attitude not a me attitude.

In the words of Dr. John Maxwell, “you are the way you are, because that’s the way you want to be. If you really wanted to be any different, you would be in the process of changing right now”. How true that is!
