Change on November 4, 2008 history was made; Barack Obama was elected president of the USA. Many might say “what does this have to do with starting a home based business” one word “change.” Adjusting is never an easy task, it starts by you changing the way you think but the journey of the process is worth it all. The process begins when you make a decision to change. The natural mindset is shifting from the old way of thinking to the new paradigm shift ideas. Problems cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. We do create most of our own problems. We can’t solve those problems thinking at the same level we were at when we created them. We have to think differently and come up with creative solutions.

Our passion and desire is to give as many people hope to change their lives by helping them revise the way they think with a new outlook on life. Don’t use money alone as a primary motivator. The best motivation is a yearning that inspires you to solve a problem, fill a need or do something truly amazing. Incorporate yourself mentally as you prepare to evolve. Begin to think of yourself as you begin to incorporate it. As you adapt prepare to be criticized and second-guessed. It may come from members of your own profession or own family and friends. Don’t let it stop you! You know what they say, birds of a feather do flock together and peck at birds whose feathers look different. Your net worth will equal your self-worth. If you won’t adjust to unlearn to relearn, why would anything else be different in your life? Don't assume the way things have always been is the best way of doing things. Your only limitations are those which you set up in your own mind or permit others to set up for you. Positive thinking must be followed by positive action, in order to have what you have never had and get something you have never gotten, you have to do something you have never done. Starting up a home business is an investment, your thinking should be focus on a long-term vision not short term, in other words “where do you see your self 5 to 10 years in the future”.

Remember change starts within you and that nothing gets better until YOU change. Make a choice to become that beacon of light to serve, add value, and help solve other people problems before your own. Opportunity is there for the taken, make it your mission to adopt and create new ideas to serve people. One man can’t do it all, let us all move forward to heal the USA and the world. If you feel the energy, passion and hopefulness, the ideas and opportunities are limitless, if you do what must be done and that is to adapt. Where would you be if you wait, the time is now!

In the words of Dr. John Maxwell, “you are the way you are, because that’s the way you want to be. If you really wanted to be any different, you would be in the process of changing right now”. How true that is!
